Zach is on the Potty Train!!

We have the tradition that when a child keeps his diaper dry for an entire day, we all go to Chuck E. Cheese. Yesterday Zach did it!!! We have been working with him for a long time, so this was some good pay off. He was very pleased, especially because the day before we were so close.




The funny part was that Zachary was very excited to go and get a picture with Chuck E. Cheese. Well, when it came down to it, he freaked out! He was okay when we played the games, but 40 tokens doesn't last long. As soon as we headed to eat the pizza he started crying. We tried everything to calm the poor kid down. Mark eventually took him away from the table until he stopped. There must have been a magic button on his booster because every time he was placed in it, he freaked out again. It was a little embarrassing. We got him to calm down and eat some pizza. Then Chuck E. Cheese came out. Kirsi got to play a game with him. Zach wanted to, but only if I held him, which wasn't possible at that point. Anyhow, Chuck E. Cheese went away before we could ever get Zach's picture. Oh well. The important thing is that Zach is wearing undies! (We'll see how long it lasts)
